Getting to know your chrome book
With a range of new devices being offered, Chrome Books have emerged as a distinct offering from Google and the other companies producing them. Useful for research and recreation! Chrome Books are paired with Google for a newer and faster computer model, made specially for the Internet-age. Multiple languages are now supported, and product offerings are unique within different countries. New models have been rolling out every year with designs that are specially modular to offer a wide range of customization.
We designed a set of icons and avatars that clearly and cleverly convey the computer's basic features and functions. In development, we relied on the simple and playful nature of many of Google's own icons for inspiration. Our efforts resulted in a set of designs that are simple and playful while remaining professional.
